Facing our challenges in life is not easy and you have already taking a very brave step by beginning to seek help. We can believe that talking about our suffering might make it worse or that it is too frightening to face. Sharing our experience allows some movement and freedom. We will gently build trust and connection and I will hold you firmly through this journey of discovery and reconnection through a combination of talking, sensing and working with the body through mindfulness based therapeutic counselling which can help you feel whole again.

About Me
Donna Person
I am a qualified integrative therapist and experienced mindfulness teacher based in Redland Bristol offering individuals and couples/polyamorous relationships a warm, open and peaceful space to gently discover the areas of life that feel disconnected.
Exploring the impact of suffering on emotional, mental and physical health in an embodied way supports a reconnection and ability to hear the wisdom within our bodies which brings about the desired healing and freedom.

Working in this way with couples or polyamorous relationships supports the creation of a deeper connection that has longevity and autonomous wisdom.

I have worked with individuals and groups supporting a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, enduring physical conditions, Post-Natal Depression, self harm, attachment disorder, dissociative disorders and domestic abuse to name a few. Of course these are all labels which may, or may not be helpful to you.

Together we start from a stance that experience in all its uniqueness is the point of exploration. The present moment experience gives us what we need to begin feeling whole again in relationship to ourselves and others.
